Since 2014, we have been very focused on the real estate market. We comprehensively deal with the acquisition of plots of land for residential and commercial development for our clients. Likewise, we help to sell plots of land or investments (premises, flats, retail parks).

We have knowledge of land all over Poland. We only sell directly having contracts to represent the parties.

Our company will take care of land acquisition, preparation for investment for you from the beginning. We take care of the design, obtaining of WZs, GNPs, as well as the commercialisation and management of entire sites. We represent clients before the authorities and, if necessary, before the courts.

For you, we are able to carry out the entire process from acquiring the land to handing it over to the tenant and, in the case of developers, from acquiring the land to selling the flats.

In 2019 we have also partnered with a very strong general contractor, through which we can also carry out construction. The sites we are involved with are from 800m PUM/PUU to as much as 50000.

We assist in the purchase process itself, negotiate prices, and check formal and legal documents. Our many years of experience and recognition among our clients, allows us to quickly commercialise entire retail parks, to quickly sell flats by a developer or even to acquire ideal land for investment.

We also have facilities cleaning and security companies on board. They are dedicated to housing estates, offices and shopping malls.
